If yours doesn't you could do as Mortuus did and install your own connector. Note: My vcds had the male pin header installed. I didn't hook up 12v as Mortuus shows in his pics. I powered the VCDS solely from the Arduino's 5V supply. ![]() I used male-to-female pin jumper cables from the Arduino to the VCDS cable. It's is more or less how I hooked up mine. ![]() Also, did you use external 12V? or just relied on the 5V that the Arduino board supplies - again: a photo is worth a thousand words :D ![]() It is very interesting what you've mentioned to use a Arduino board as a programmer.Ĭan you please post a photo of the connections you've made on the vcds PCB? I'm interested to see what kind cables you have used.
